Comments! I got COMMENTS! :::faints::: Thank you, You Know Who (Russ) and Popcorn! By the way, Popcorn, if you're still peeking in... you mentioned New Jersey 101.5. What do you think of the Scott and Casey replacement? I dunno. I think Craig Carton is one of those guys who tries hard to be obnoxious. And he doesn't have to try so hard. He's obnoxious enough without it. Now I'll only listen for their traffic reports on my afternoon commute home. I got a kick out of Scott and Casey. :( They're off to Detroit, to the same radio station where Deminske and Doyle are now. That's way weird as S&C replaced D&D.

Just a mindless, but mildly entertaining site for your amusement - Kaleidoscope Painter

Of course, the below is from the Pink Floyd song, Comfortably Numb off of The Wall. And, of course, quoting it made me want to look for the website. Neato! Cool stuff! Downloads, steaming music! I like -- Pink Floyd Downloads
Enjoy...
Is there anybody out there? Just nod if you can hear me...
Is there anyone at home?

Now, I did claim to be a bit abnormal, right? In keeping with that theory, I'd like to discuss roadkill today. No, not recipes! (Although you can check out The Roadkill Cafe for your dining pleasure, if you so desire.) As for me, I just want to mention what I see on my work commute. I live in a densely populated area of the most densely populated state, but my commute takes me along Route 22 through a bit of Somerset County. Every day I see new dead deer. :( I also see live ones each morning right at the edge of one span of the road. They better not have suicide in mind! I've also seen many possums, raccoons, squirrels, one red fox (!), a turkey vulture, a wild turkey (maybe the vulture was after him) and a snake of some sort. I'm waiting to see a bear.

I have a beef (no, not a dead cow along the road) with whatever department is supposed to take care of these carcasses. How come they are taken out of the road, but yet removed on a such an untimely basis? If someone isn't removing them from the road, lots of drivers must be on the sides of the roads. I've noticed that if the carcass is on the left near the Jersey Barrier, it sometimes remains for weeks or months. Yeah, it's a good scientific lesson in decomposition, but...! On the right side, it usually takes a few days.

Could these animals actually explode? Hmmm... I think I'm glad I live in a city.

What can I say? I like it. A more lengthy version can be found using Kazaa, but I had to visit the Sifl-n-Olly site and listen to the version of It's MY United States of Whatever. 'It's 3 AM, I'm in the alley shootin' dice an' Officer Leroy comes along and says, "I thought I told you..." "Whatever!"

Whatever...
